November Luncheon – Measurement and ROI of Social Media

As social media has matured and become part of the communications program for many organizations, the focus now turns to measurement and ROI.  If you manage a social media program, how can you show the value of your actions?  

Learn how effective programs measure their results at the Florida Public Relations Association – Orlando Area Chapter’s November 19 luncheon featuring Josh Hallett, an internationally recognized leader in the convergence of social media and corporate public relations. 

For more than ten years, Josh Hallett has been working with emerging Internet communication technologies and works closely with public relations practitioners and corporate communicators to integrate these tools into an organization’s public and media relations strategies.  Josh is currently a new media strategist at Voce Communications providing social media consulting and development work with brands like Yahoo, Sony Computer Entertainment America, eBay and a number of B2B/B2C firms.

The event will take place on Thursday, November 19 at the University Club (150 E Central Blvd., Orlando 32801).  Registration and networking begins at 11:30 a.m. and the luncheon begins at noon.  Cost is $25 for members, $35 for nonmembers and $15 for students.  To register visit, www.fpra-orlando.org.
